My September Fitness Goals.

My September Fitness Goals.

Another month, another set of goals.

August has been a crazy busy month. On the first day of the month, I started my new job. Again, it's an office job, so for the majority of the day, I am sat on my bottom. I try get up as much as possible, however, it isn't always possible. The second day of the month was a bit of a sad one as I had a funeral to go to, which meant afterwards I drank several glasses of wine (large ones might I add) then I went to London, had a baby shower to go to, I was also poorly and then I also did a sky dive! (If you would like a post on the sky dive then let me know in the comments below! I'd love to share photo's etc with you). So all in all August has been a little crazy.

However, I did manage to get to the gym a few times, not as many times as I would have liked but I have walked home from the bus stop pretty much every night after work. I have to walk home for about 15 minutes every night as no buses run near where I live so that's a little bonus as at least I've had a walk most days. I did however, have my first PT session with a lovely lady I found on Instagram. Her name is Cheryl and she is now my personal trainer! I currently see her once as week and I love it.

Let's hope September is a better month than August!

1. Continue with the PT

2. Meal Prep!

3. Drink 2 litres of water, everyday

4. Start to run

5. Be happy

  1. I find that running always helps me the most with my fitness, I can see improvements so much quicker as well! I hope your PT sessions continue to be just as good for you as well!

  6. Best of luck with this, I'm trying to talk myself into getting back into running again but haven't managed it yet. I can certainly easily adopt drinking more water though, quite easily.

  7. I have the exact same problem being sat a desk all day. I try to do walks on my lunch break and keep my steps up over 10k a day. Definitely good to set goals like this - I really need to be better at food prep. Hope it all goes well :) xx

  8. Some great goals! I really need to set some fitness goals too. My goals would be similar to yours, just minus PT and running! But I definately need to stick to meal plans and drinking a lot more water! I hope your September goals go well!
