Christmas Baking.

Christmas Baking.
Happy Christmas Eve! I cannot believe tomorrow morning, I'll be sat opening my presents & it will be the last day of blogmas! It's gone way to quickly! Anyway, I'm not going to ramble. Today's post is a baking one & they are super quick & easy to make, they are also very festive!

Christmas Baking.

You will need:
  • 225g Self Raising Flour
  • 225g Stork Butter
  • 225g Caster Sugar
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 Table Spoon Warm Water
These one make plain buns, however if your wanting to create chocolate ones, replace two table spoons of the flour with cocoa powder. This is enough to create 12 cupcakes.

Next you want to take a bowl and add the sugar and butter. Mix well. Then one at a time, you need to add an egg, mixing well between each egg. Sieve in the flour, making sure your still mixing as you add small amounts. Then add the water. Still well once more.

Next you want to add an even layer of mixture into cupcake cases and then pop them in the oven at 160 degrees. They should be in the over for around 20-25 minutes, or until they have risen and are firm on top. Once cool, use icing and fondant to decorate. Simple.
