Another Youtuber Eyeshadow Palette... But Is This One Any Good?

Another Youtuber Eyeshadow Palette... But Is This One Any Good?
I'm not really one for trying Youtubers products, sometimes I think they are a little overpriced for what they are. I was disappointed when I tried some of Tanya Burr's things, they just weren't for me. I've not tried much from Zoe Sugg's range, however I do love her hand creams. However, I am a massive sucker for an eyeshadow palette, so when I saw Emma's review on this Soph x palette by Makeup Revolution | £10, I knew I just had to have it. I didn't really know who Soph was before I saw this palette, but since I bought the palette I started to watch her channel and it is pretty cool.

Now, I probably didn't need any more eyeshadow palettes, I have around 50 in my collection but this is completely different to any palette in my collection. I wanted to add colour into my makeup collection as I want to experiment much more with my eye looks. I did purchase this before I received all those palettes at Christmas, but even though I got a tonne more eyeshadow palettes for Christmas, some with lot's of colour too, it's still very different to the palettes in my collection.

The first thing that drew me to this palette, was the packaging. It's beautiful, very Instagramable. I love the nude packaging, it's so different to all the other makeup revolution packaging and I love that Soph created something different. I also love the writing on the packaging, it's rose gold which compliments the nude packaging really well. The palette also contains a huge mirror which is amazing. The palette contains 24 different shade of eyeshadows. The eyeshadows are a mixture of mattes and shimmers and includes both a white and a black which is quite rare in eyeshadow palettes. Now, I must say the black is such an intense black, so it's great addition to the palette.

I believe that this palette is suitable for everyone. There's neutral shades and very bold shades inside too. The neutral shades are not as intense as the other shades in the palette, I am speaking more so about the first row, however, you can build them up to be more pigmented, or you can always use some fix+ to make them much more intense.

My favourite shades from the palette are these below:
