Bloggers Made Me Buy It #1

I first saw this post idea on Emma's blog, I mean she started it in 2015 and ever since I saw it, I loved the idea of the post. I thought it was a great way to share products which I've been influenced to buy by other bloggers and then I can share with you whether I loved them or not.
This was introduced to me by Emma, she raved about how amazing this primer was and when I saw it was only £3 I was intrigued. I didn't have high expectations to be fair, I thought for £3 surely it can't be that good, however, I was wrong. This quickly became my absolute favourite primer and I use it all the time. Whenever I go to Wilko I stock pile it and currently have five in my collection. It makes my makeup stay in place all day and always makes my skin look and feel amazing. I cannot rave about it enough, if you haven't already tried it, I would 100% recommend it.
I saw Anna mention this CC Cream on her blog/videos all the time, I'd never tried a CC Cream before but I quickly became obsessed. It's very full coverage, yet light on the skin. Do not let the price put you off, a little goes a very long way and a tube lasts ages. Whenever I wear this I get so many compliments on how healthy my skin looks. It gives that 'my skin but better' look and it gives such a healthy glow to the skin. It really is amazing and I know so many people who have now purchased this down to my recommendation.
I first saw these on Kasie's Instagram Stories, I remember seeing the most amazing swatches and falling in love. I was a little shocked by the price of them, however, after buying them and using them I can justify the price. They are so pretty, so pigmented and so easy to apply. I currently have two in my collection but certainly want to add more. I've never seen a more glittery eyeshadow!
Back when I was obsessed with MAC Lipsticks I saw Anna rave about this one a lot. I am a sucker for a nude lip and this one is perfect. It's a pale beige tone nude with a hint of rose and it's perfect for my skin tone. It is matte and although I don't always like a matte lip, it can very easily be paired with a gloss or lip topper and the original colour still shines through. I've nearly used the full bullet which is a first for me, I really must purchase another, asap.
The Ordinary is a brand loved by pretty much everyone, especially Leanne who is someone who first introduced me to the brand. When I saw her rave about this acid peel, I was very intrigued and not only due to it's colour. It is so quick and easy to apply, you just drop it all over the skin and then leave it for ten minutes. After ten minutes you wash it away and your skin is immediately transformed. I cannot believe the difference in my skin after I've used this. It certainly is worth the money and brightens my skin better than any other product.
Everyone needs a little Jo Malone in their life, just asked Angela and she will tell you the same. I've always lusted over Jo Malone but finally bit the bullet. I went in completely blind - having never smelt anything before and ordered the peony and blush suede, it smells amazing, so fresh and so summery. It's my absolute favourite scent ever. I try use it sparingly but I know I'll be adding another bottle to my collection soon.

What products have bloggers influenced you to buy? Have I ever influenced a purchase you've made? I'd love to know!

  2. Emma was totally responsible for me buying the Wilko Kiss Primer too and I think it was Angela who started my CT obsession. Still to try Jo Malone though!
