Feeling A Little Blue About Your Skin? You Need This Face Mask...

I am such a sucker for a face mask, there is nothing better than coming home from a long day and sticking on a face mask. I'm obsessed, sheet mask, bubble mask or just your mud mask, I love them all. L'Oreal is a brand I've really grown to love recently and I've been testing out more and more of their skincare as the months have gone by, my favourite skincare bits from L'Oreal just have to be their face masks, they are like little tubs of miracles.

L'Oreal released three brand new face masks to their range and recently they've added two more to the collection. Recently I've been trying the Blemish Rescue Clay Mask | £7.99 recently my skin has been suffering with hormonal break outs (Thank You Mother Nature!) and my skin has needed some extra TLC. This particular mask is ideal for people with spots or blemishes as it unclogs the pores and refreshes the skin without drying it out. The mask contains 'marine algae' extract which is known for it's anti-blemish properties.
If you know me, then you'll know I love a fun face mask and this one certainly is fun, well it is in colour anyway. It's bright blue, now I'm talking smurf blue and I love that. After applying the mask to my face and my neck, (I use a brush to apply) I wait around 10-20 minutes for it to completely dry, before rinsing off with water. Instantly you can feel a difference in the skin. It feels so much softer and feels fresher too. I use this face mask twice a week and I have been for about a month now and I can really see a difference in my skin, it's really helped my blemishes, especially around my chin area.

What is your favourite face mask?! Have you tried this one by L'Oreal?

  11. This sounds like a really great mask. I think it's the one I've been looking at in Superdrug recently, but I've been reluctant to pick one up incase I don't like it. Really tempted to nip into town and fetch one now though.
